Shipping Details
- We ship via Express Carriers (FedEx, DHL) from South Korea unless otherwise notified.
- Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days.

United States: Orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days. Delays are very rare and only occur if customs cannot reach the recipient for clearance confirmation. In nearly all cases, your parcel is delivered within the stated timeframe.
- Europe, Australia, and other destinations: Delivery usually takes 6-10 business days after the order is placed. Again, postponements are extremely uncommon—they happen only when the courier cannot contact the recipient for customs clearance, and almost all shipments arrive on schedule.

- Your order will be shipped within 6-8 business days. However, Shipping times may differ based on your location.
- Shipping fees are fixed at $49 per order, regardless of the destination address or order weight. You will see this flat shipping rate applied at checkout before completing your purchase.
Taxes & Duties
- Import duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout, and you will not need to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
- Depending on your location in the states, you may be required to pay additional local taxes upon delivery. These taxes are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees.
- Sales tax or use tax may be applicable to your order based on the shipping destination and address. Rates for both taxes differ by state, and you can view an estimate of the sales tax during the checkout process
- The taxes mentioned above are separate from the purchase price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking & Updates
- You can check the status of your shipment anytime by visiting ‘trenbe.net > Order’ or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Issues
- Occasionally, an item may become out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund
Delivery Issues
- Please be aware that delivery could be delayed depending on customs inspections, in case of natural disasters, and other reasons such as postal strikes. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of any delayed shipments.
- Please make sure to enter an accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays, extra fees, or lost packages, and any associated costs will be your responsibility.
- Since we use express carriers like FedEx, we’re unable to deliver to addresses such as P.O. Box, DPO, FPO, or APO, which require postal or military mail systems.
- If the delivered item is damaged, please contact our customer service center [globalcs@trenbe.com]. We will guide you through the refund process
- Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process the issue if it is reported after this period.
- If your item shows as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to investigate, and we will request proof from you. Refunds are only issued if the carrier confirms the item is "Lost.”
