Occasionally, an item may become out of stock after payment. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund

If you order multiple items and one of them goes out of stock, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify once your payment has been completed. If you need to change your address or any options, please cancel your order before it enters the shipping preparation stage and place a new order.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not entered the shipping preparation stage. However, once it is in shipping preparation stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

We currently offer PayPal, and we're working on adding more payment options soon!

Please note that duty and tax charges vary by country and will be clearly displayed during checkout. You will not need to pay any additional charges upon delivery. For example, in the United States:

Orders under $800: No additional tax or duty fees are applied.

Orders over $800: Depending on the product, an extra duty fee of approximately 8–12% may be added.

Depending on your location in the states, you may be required to pay additional local taxes upon delivery. These taxes are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees.

• Sales tax or use tax may be applicable to your order based on the shipping destination and address. Rates for both taxes differ by state, and you can view an estimate of the sales tax during the checkout process

Shipping fees are fixed at $50 per order, regardless of the destination address or order weight. You will see this flat shipping rate applied at checkout before completing your purchase.

Your order will be shipped within 6-8 business days. However, Shipping times may differ based on your location.

You can check the status of your shipment anytime by visiting ‘trenbe.net > Order’ or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

• Please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date if you would like to return the item.
• The item must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the return label.
• Returned item must be kept in good condition for full refund. (Returns will not be accepted if the item meets any of the following non-returnable conditions.)
• If your refund is approved, the item’s purchase price will be refunded within 10 business days. (Please note that round-trip shipping fees are not refundable)
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for items that have already been processed for return. If you would like to change your option, please return the item and place a new order.

If a product is found to be counterfeit, we offer a 100% refund. However, there have been no counterfeit cases so far. tren:be follows a strict authentication process to prevent counterfeit products.
