Return Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations are only possible when the order is in the "Order Received" status, before the shipment preparation begins.
     

Conditions for Return and Refund

  • Please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date if you would like to return the item.
  • The item must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the return label.
  • Returned item must be kept in good condition for full refund. (Returns will not be accepted if the item meets any of the following non-returnable conditions.)
  • If your refund is approved, the item’s purchase price will be refunded within 10 business days. (Please note that round-trip shipping fees are not refundable)
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
     

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

The following conditions may result in items being non-returnable:

  • The return request is made after the return window has expired.
  • The product's packaging has been opened, tags or labels have been removed, or the product is damaged in a way that significantly reduces its value.
  • The product’s value has been significantly diminished due to use or partial consumption.
  • Products such as swimwear, lingerie, stockings, socks, masks, etc., have been tried on or have had their protective film removed (for hygiene reasons).
  • Missing or damaged packaging, including receipts, authenticity certificates, and accessories (e.g., boxes, dust bags, packaging materials, shopping bags).

Please note: Returns may be refused if tags have been removed, packaging is damaged or missing, or if the product is in a condition different from its original delivery state. Additional costs (such as shipping fees and import duties) resulting from such issues will be the customer’s responsibility.
 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Outbound shipping: US $49 (paid at checkout).
  • Return shipping: US $49 (deducted from your refund when we issue a prepaid label).
  • Total round-trip cost: US $98, paid by the buyer.
     

Additional Notes

  • Customs duties and import taxes paid on receipt are non-refundable under international regulations.
  • If paying by PayPal, the PayPal fee 4.4% of the total payment amount will not be refunded, because PayPal does not refund its fees.
